Today, I woke up and quickly prepared breakfast for the children, and I woke myself up with some stretching. I slept late for the first time in a while yesterday, so my head feels foggy. I need to loosen up my body like this before heading out so I can take the kids to school properly, haha. For the first Monday of June, I start my exercise by climbing stairs and thinking about how I will spend the day.
