Since I had not exercised much before, I thought I shouldn't do intense workouts suddenly, so I began walking more than 6,000 steps a day for over an hour. On weekends, I went for 2-3 hour walks on the trail or did light hiking. Additionally, I found that psychological factors such as stress, depression, and anxiety can also cause erectile dysfunction. As I started exercising, these psychological issues naturally eased. However, stress related to work and human relationships was another problem, so I tried to reduce this stress by taking more breaks during work and listening to music while working to relax my mind. I also researched supplements that could directly have a positive effect on erectile dysfunction. Among the causes of ED, cerebrovascular disease was mentioned, and arginine helps by dilating blood vessels and improving blood flow, which supports erectile function. So, I looked for arginine supplements and started taking a product called Gwangdong Black Maca 365. This supplement contains not only L-arginine but also zinc oxide and black maca, which can help with erectile dysfunction, so I chose and started taking it.

And collagen protein is said to strengthen the tissue of the genital area, making it effective in preventing and treating erectile dysfunction. So, I purchased and took a supplement called Natural Plus Glutathione Low Molecular Collagen C.

After taking supplements for several months and changing my lifestyle, my overall health has improved significantly, and my erectile dysfunction symptoms have also greatly improved. I am no longer taking supplements, but I am maintaining my lifestyle habits. I plan to continue striving for a healthy life in the future.
