Piercing pain in the perineal area

Once a year? Or maybe twice a year, or once every two years? Pain occurs very rarely, almost occasionally.

It's called the perineal point, but it's just a rough area; it's not an exact sensation.

Anyway, that dull pain feels like pressing firmly with a wooden chopstick, or pinching some organ on that side with your hand.

I occasionally feel a squeezing pain. It tends to be quite painful.

Within 10 seconds, it gradually subsides. It's not life-threatening, just a pretty painful "Wow~" feeling.

Earlier this year during a health checkup, I had an abdominal ultrasound, and some prostate-related issues came up, but no serious illnesses were detected.

I'm curious if there are other tests besides abdominal ultrasound.
