Recently, I had a health check-up and started to think that I should start exercising, even just a little.
I am quite lazy, but I can't give up my personal daily life either, so I added home workouts to my walking routine for now.
I did some dumbbell exercises, and now I have a sensation in my left elbow that feels like a slight pulling or pain.
Usually it's okay, but when I lift something a bit heavier like dumbbells, I get that feeling.
Why is only the left side like this when I did the same number of repetitions with the same weight as the right side?
Even during home workouts, I feel that my left arm is a little weaker.
Should I reduce the number of times a little?
