Actively utilize an appropriate size for about 5 to 6 hours a day (when tinnitus is felt).
1. Sounds that soothe the mind: sounds of nature, meditation sounds, bird songs, piano music, etc.
2. Background sound: Soothing sounds for tinnitus relief. Wave sounds.
3. Interesting sound stimuli: favorite music, string quartets, etc.
