(My tip) My personal secret to overcoming fatigue♡

I have been experiencing tinnitus for quite a long time, to the point that it's hard to say exactly when it started because it has been ongoing for years. Sometimes I can hear it, and sometimes I can't, so I didn't think much of it.

However, this symptom causes a constant ringing sound in my ears day and night, and at some point, it became really hard to endureㅠㅠ
Especially during the day, the noise felt a bit less intense due to various sounds, but when I lie down to sleep, the noise becomes so loud that it gives me a headache, making it difficult to fall asleep right away.🤧
 
So I finally decided to visit the ENT department, and they did a lot of various testsㅡㅡㅋ
According to the doctor, the tinnitus test results are not something to be overly worried about, and he advised me to focus on calming my mind and minimizing stress for now.
And then, after prescribing the medication, they said to come back for another consultation in three weeks.

It is said that using sound therapy tools is beneficial for tinnitus treatment.
Actively utilize an appropriate size for about 5 to 6 hours a day (when tinnitus is felt).
1. Sounds that soothe the mind: sounds of nature, meditation sounds, bird songs, piano music, etc.
2. Background sound: Soothing sounds for tinnitus relief. Wave sounds.
3. Interesting sound stimuli: favorite music, string quartets, etc.
 
There is also a method of using supplements.
Bank leaf extract, Vitamin B-com (garlic), C, D, antioxidants.
Zinc (nuts, oysters, sesame seeds, cheese, etc.), Folic acid (broccoli, spinach, avocado, boiled eggs, etc.)

Avoid exposure to loud noises
I exercise daily to manage high blood pressure and improve blood circulation.
Reduce salt intake and decrease consumption of coffee, cola, alcohol, and cigarettes.
4. Do not overwork. Manage stress well.
5. Do not excessively perceive tinnitus with heightened sensitivity.
 
The most important part here is said to be the method of erasing the memory in our brain that perceives tinnitus.
Actually, it's easy to say, but recognizing tinnitus is not an easy task at all, haha.
So, when I hear tinnitus, I turn on my favorite music, hum along, or exercise, and I think it gradually starts to have an effect^^
