✔️How to prevent golfer's elbow?
1. Stretch sufficiently when exercising.
2. If you feel tired while exercising, stop and take a break.
3. It is better to take breaks and not overuse your wrists.
4. If you use your wrists and arms repeatedly, give them breaks from time to time.
5. It is also a good idea to wear a brace that can reduce the burden on your elbow pain.
✔️What are some stretches for golfer's elbow?
Pull towards the inside of your palm
1. Stretch your arms forward, palms facing down.
2. Grab your fingers with the opposite hand and pull your wrist toward your body.
3. Repeat for about 5 seconds.
Turn the back of the hand
1. Hold a light object with the back of your hand facing upwards.
2. Turn your wrist outward
3. Turn your wrist inward
4. Repeat this about 15 times.
