✔️What are the stretches for golf elbow?
Pulling inward on the inside of the palm
1. Extend your arm forward and turn your palm downward.
2. Grab your fingers with the opposite hand and pull your wrist toward your body.
Repeat for about 5 seconds.

1. Hold a light object with the back of your hand facing upward.
2. Turn your wrist outward.
3. Turn your wrist inward.
Repeat approximately 15 times.
Golf elbow involves micro-tears around the tendons.
