Why is there such a big difference in Inmode prices?

I wanted to try InMode, so I looked up the price.

 

But the surprising thing is that the price difference for InMode is bigger than I thought.

 

Does anyone know why there is such a big price difference for InMode...?

 

I looked up the price of InMode in the Cashdoc event.

 

There was also a dermatology clinic where the InMode price was really cheap.

 

I found out there are some dermatology clinics that are more expensive than expected? Or not cheap at all?
