Sharing 3 early symptoms and management methods for a heart attack~
Hello.
It's been quite a while, but about 20 years ago, my father suddenly collapsed due to a heart attack. He has diabetes and obesity, but he underwent surgery and still regularly exercises. I want to share the symptoms he experienced when he collapsed and three management methods he has been following ever since.
Myocardial infarction is a condition that everyone is well aware of and can often see around them. Many people who suddenly clutch their chest and collapse are often experiencing a myocardial infarction.
The causes are very diverse, but the main cause is vascular rupture due to cholesterol.

There are early symptoms of a myocardial infarction before it ruptures like that.
There are various symptoms such as chest tightness or pain, shortness of breath, and abdominal pain.
Women tend to have more diverse prodromal symptoms than men.
Symptoms such as nausea, fatigue, dizziness, and heartburn are said to be felt more often by women, so don't just think it's indigestion; it could be a heart attack, so be sure to visit a hospital.
My father collapsed due to a myocardial infarction, underwent surgery, and has been exercising for over 20 years since then. He is in good health despite his age. My father, who also had diabetes and obesity... I believe that consistent management is the only answer.
I will talk about three ways to manage a myocardial infarction.
1. Meal
Myocardial infarction is a representative disease caused by blocked blood vessels.
Therefore, eating habits in daily life are especially important.
Fried foods and foods high in cholesterol such as eggs and shrimp are better consumed about 2 to 3 times a week rather than daily. Eating fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains will help keep your blood vessels clean.
2. Exercise
This is something so important that I have to speak about it even if it causes discomfort.
My father also worked out very hard. He lost a lot of weight. Aerobic exercises like jogging or swimming are good, and my parents have been swimming together for over 10 years. Before that, he used to walk a lot, but now, due to his age, he goes swimming. Whatever exercise it is, the most important thing is to do what suits oneself consistently.
3. Life
Things that are particularly bad for cholesterol are alcohol, smoking, and obesity.
All three of my father... they all applied. After the surgery, he completely quit and also lost weight.
Especially, those with hypertension and diabetes are at greater risk.
Ah.. My father also has diabetes. Blood sugar and diet management.. are importantㅠㅠ. It seems that taking supplements suitable for him would be more helpful. Recently, my father has been taking yojuhwan.
Suddenly, when my father collapsed at home due to a myocardial infarction, I was truly shocked. Like with any illness, seeing someone collapse right in front of you is really shocking.
Since you might not know the early symptoms of a heart attack, remember them, and by consistently practicing proper management methods in your daily life, let's all take good care of our health~~
