Previously, Lee Hyun-yi revealed, "I feel like my body has reached its limit," adding, "I have decided to eat healthy food from now on for the sake of my health." What health benefits does the celery that Lee Hyun-yi grinds and drinks actually offer?

 

First, celery is a "negative calorie" food, meaning the calories absorbed by the body are incomparably lower than those of other foods. Celery itself is low in calories, and a significant amount of calories are naturally burned during digestion. This is because the hard outer shell of celery is composed of dietary fiber.
