I have been cooking my mother's food since I was young.

Maybe because I ate this, I feel good about my cold and bronchial area.

My father had a cough and high blood pressure.

My mother often prepared doraji dishes for me.

You used to take it daily as doraji cheong, but now you also put it in cooking.

They often prepared it by dissolving it in water to drink as tea, and also added bellflower root and sweet potato vegetables to make pancakes.

Bellflower root is a food that people don't eat much these days.

These are ingredients that I intentionally go to the market to buy.

My child and husband both have mild rhinitis and weak bronchial tubes, so they are receiving respiratory therapy.

I often catch colds, but I haven't been to the hospital for a cold lately.

Even with COVID, our family of three managed to get through without getting infected.

When I buy once, I purchase about 2kg to 3kg because it's not difficult to store.

When making doraji syrup, finely chop it like this, then add about three pears and about one cup of pitted jujubes to the doraji.

I never use sugar; I add honey instead.

Since it's made for health, I don't use sugar when making cheong.

Use honey whenever possible. Natural honey.

I am blending doraji and sprouts in the blender.

A large, high-quality blender works better in the long run. It's difficult to do with a mini one.

Just put everything into the pot, add honey, and stir—it's done~ Usually, after about an hour of stirring, the color deepens.

It is finished once you put it in a sterilized boiling water container.

There are also doraji syrup available, but I don't trust it.

First, check if the bellflower root is domestically produced, and honey is also important.

Once made, it lasts for several months.

Especially when making side dishes, add one spoonful at a time.

Plum extract is useful, but doraji extract is also charming.

Having an OK button makes it more convenient because you just need to press the button.

My mother is going to do that with it.

I don't have any, so I'll just boil it in a pot.

Even with just 2kg of dorami, this much disease appears.

Since I can't eat it all alone, I give some to my mom and share with those around me.

If it's just our place, two bottles are enough.

 

Although I know that natural food is good for health, I avoid it because of the hassle involved.

Looking at my child, I think snacks or candies are better.

I like dipping mugwort syrup into rice cake sticks, and I realize that habits are important.

If you are having trouble with rhinitis and bronchitis, medication is important but also...

I recommend gradually switching to a natural diet.
