It is also effective in regulating blood pressure by eliminating cholesterol from the blood vessels.

 

In fact, a research team at the University of Cologne in Germany gave cacao nibs to 44 hypertension patients.

As a result of administering it for 18 weeks, it was found that the patients' blood pressure decreased by 44%.
