Mixing rice with 'this'... Prevents colon cancer and hyperlipidemia

 

Barley rice absorbs and expels waste products from the body. Barley rice contains various nutrients.

The amount of calcium in barley is four times that of white rice, folate is sixteen times, vitamin B2 is three times, zinc is two times, and phosphorus is three times.

Iron is about four times more abundant than rice, making it effective in preventing anemia.

 

 

When mixed with rice and barley, blood sugar rises less. When choosing barley, it is yellowish in color and glossy.

It is good if the eggs are well-formed and plump.

 

Storage lasts for about one month, and since insects are likely to appear, keep it sealed and store it in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

Barley is also good to eat mixed with rice.

Mixing rice and barley results in a smaller increase in blood sugar levels compared to eating rice made entirely of rice.

Blood sugar levels remain consistently stable for a long time. It can be made into powder and used to prepare rice cakes or sikhye (sweet rice drink).

 

However, rice made solely from barley may be slightly less tasty than rice made from rice.
