I regularly do stair exercises to manage my blood sugar levels.

I found out that my fasting blood sugar was a bit high after a health checkup.

As I age, I find myself worried about blood sugar levels as well.

So, after hearing the test results, I started managing my diet by reducing carbohydrates a bit.

However, since I didn't exercise, the numbers didn't decrease well.

So, I started doing stair exercises.

Climbing stairs was very tiring, but as I kept at it, the numbers gradually decreased.

My house is 20 stories tall, and I can now easily go up about 20 floors, so I always use the stairs after going out.

Recently, stair exercise challenges have been posted more often, which motivates me and makes exercising more enjoyable.

When lowering blood sugar, it seems that controlling diet and exercise together yields the best results.

So I am doing it consistently and plan to continue doing so in the future.
