This is breakfast started because of high cholesterol detected during a health check-up.
I eat eggs, apples, and almonds every day, and I change the other fruits according to their seasons.
I also pick out a piece of rice cake and toast it every morning to eat a little at a time.
It feels like it's been about five years since I started eating it.
It's good because if you prepare in advance, it doesn't take much time in the morning.
The children are eating well.
My health has also improved^^
