I have high cholesterol and have been diagnosed with hyperlipidemia. I want to share a few tips of my own.
You should eat good quality protein, avoid greasy meats, and cook them lightly. When eating meat, eat plenty of salad and vegetables together. It's better to use less sauce on the salad and to eat it with tomatoes. Instead of cooking food in oil, boiling or steaming is more helpful. Also, I do more than an hour of aerobic exercise every day.
