[Health Tip] A personal story about improving total cholesterol levels along with weight loss...^^
I am sharing my personal experience.
It seems that belly fat is the first to accumulate and the last to go away.
Recently, I accidentally experienced losing belly fat.
The original purpose was not to lose belly fat, but...
Should I say it's a side effect^^ I lost weight and belly fat at the same time.
Last year, in 2023, my total cholesterol level from the health checkup results was at the borderline.
Trying to lower the total cholesterol level
After taking one packet (5g) of psyllium husk with enough water on an empty stomach
I had a breakfast consisting of one cup of oatmeal instead of rice, a glass of milk, half an apple (with skin), and 2 grams of turmeric.
Eat lunch and dinner as usual and enjoy them.
Take psyllium husk before or after meals.
Consumed one packet (5g) each with sufficient water.
For your reference, psyllium husk contains no other additives; it is simply made into granule form of psyllium husk.
After taking it for about three months like this
Surprisingly, my weight decreased by about 5 kilograms.
My belly fat has also decreased...^^
Of course, the total cholesterol level has also returned to normal.
And I also consistently did abdominal exercises.
I did my abdominal exercises with hanging leg raises.

Those who are solely aiming for weight loss probably don't need to do abdominal exercises.
