I also consistently take supplements for my health, and

I take my supplements according to the recommended schedule because it's said to be beneficial.

 

 

I looked into which supplements are good at different times of the day.

 

 

Is the timing of supplement intake important?

 

Probiotics.

It is recommended to take probiotics on an empty stomach immediately after waking up.

It is said that consuming it with water 30 minutes to 1 hour before breakfast can enhance its effectiveness.

I also recently learned that I should take probiotics and wait 30 minutes before eating.

 

 

Vitamin B, C

It is best to take it in the morning.

Since it is a water-soluble vitamin, it is said that taking it before a meal rather than after a meal when oiliness accumulates leads to better absorption.

 

Vitamin A, D, E

It is best to take multivitamins after breakfast.

Since it contains various fat-soluble components, it should be taken together with dietary fats to enhance absorption, and it should be taken within 15 minutes after a meal.

 

Is the timing of supplement intake important?

 

Omega 3, Lutein

Since this supplement is also fat-soluble, it should be taken after meals to improve absorption.

 

Calcium

It is better to take it after lunch. Adequate stomach acid is necessary for better calcium absorption, and stomach acid is secreted in large amounts after meals, so please take it after eating.

 

Magnesium

It is recommended to take it after dinner.

It is recommended to wait at least 2 hours between drinking coffee. Caffeine can interfere with vitamin absorption.
