Consuming a lot of fat tends to increase the number of harmful bacteria in the gut microbiota, leading to more pungent fart odors, and the food remaining in the intestines for a longer time prolongs fermentation, increasing the likelihood of foul-smelling gas during emission.
Strong body odor
A strong odor is emitted from the armpits when gaining weight. The sweat glands in the armpits release not only sweat but also fats and sebum, which are broken down by skin bacteria, causing the odor.
◇Snoring that didn't bother you◇
Snoring or worsening snoring may be a sign that fat has accumulated in the airway. When you gain weight, the thickness of the neck increases, and body fat around the airway inside the neck also increases. This narrows the airflow passage, leading to snoring. It can also result in sleep apnea, where breathing temporarily stops during sleep.
◇Shortness of breath and increased sweating◇
Suddenly gaining weight makes it difficult to breathe even with slight movement, and breathing becomes labored because fat surrounds the chest wall, reducing its elasticity. When elasticity decreases, it becomes hard to breathe in and out properly, leading to insufficient air intake and excessive sweating.
I think I need to exercise diligently and manage my diet well to avoid gaining weight.
