Efficient ways to consume nutrient-rich fruits

Lately, I've been eating fruits as part of my diet, and I'm wondering how I should eat them to be most effective.

I looked into it.

"Nutritious fruits"... to increase satiety, eat before meals. For blood sugar control, consume with protein.

I think it would be good.

Proteins and fibers slow digestion, and cholecystokinin (CCK) and glucagon-like peptide

Secretion of satiety-related hormones such as GLP-1

Increase to enhance satiety after meals.

As satiety increases, overall calorie intake can also be reduced.

Thinly sliced apples rich in fiber on top

Peanut butter served on top as a snack.

Eating it is much more than just eating an apple.

The effect is good.

Consuming fruit before meals is effective in increasing satiety.

      식사전에 드시면 효과가 좋다고요
      포만감이 많다고 하네요.
      식후에 드시려면 식사후 두시간 뒤에
      드시라고 하네요

      근데 저는 여지껏 식후에 먹었어요
      무지하게 먹었더니 혈당수치가 높네요
      무지한  결과를 받았네요.
      이제라도 알았으니까 실천을 해야겧지요

      먹음 입맛  없다고 못 먹게 했는데
      잘못된  정보로 여지껏 살았네요
      바보같이 이제라도 알았으니까실천해야겠죠
