(question) When your child has a runny nose I'm curious about your know-how on how to do it!

 

 

 

 

I didn't get to ventilate much today. It's true that stuffy air isn't good for your respiratory system, but honestly, winter is just starting... I couldn't even open the window for long in the morning because it was so cold~ㅎㅎ

My second child (now 4 years old, 40 months old) keeps having a runny nose, so I'm worried these days. It's not like the runny nose is dripping, though.
Sometimes, in the middle of the night, my nose suddenly gets stuffy and I start coughing. I've had this symptom for over two weeks now.
I also got a prescription for medicine and of course I am diligently giving it to him (they didn't give him antibiotics. He has clear nasal discharge.._)

 

 

 

 

 

 

I tried clearing my nose with saline solution, washing my nose, and using nasal spray, but it only helped for a short time and the next day my nose would start running again.
These days, I use Baby Physiogel the most. When I use this, it seems to melt away some of the mucus, but at night, my nose gets blocked up again. I didn't use Physiogel much until last year, but this year, I'm using it a little more.

 

 

There must be many people who have raised more children than me.
