I first learned that I had gastritis when I was in high school.
When I was in high school, I started feeling unusually strange and my stomach acid started to rise, making my esophagus feel like it was burning.
I suddenly started vomiting even though I didn't have any diarrhea.
If you're just stressed The pain in my forehead was so bad I couldn't move.
My lower abdomen was always bloated and had indigestion, as if it was full of gas.
 
 
 
Why did I get gastritis all this time?
I will share with you the treatment and management methods I have used since I was in high school!!

My first gastritis came out of nowhere when I was in high school.
When I was in middle school, I was forced to separate from my friends who I used to hang out with when I entered high school.
My high school years were really tough.
There were friends who greeted me and talked formally, but
I didn't have any friends who I could share my feelings with like my middle school friends.
 
 
In those days when friendships were so important, I had to go to high school without a single friend.
I guess the depression and stress I felt just thinking about going to school was building up.
In that situation, I had to focus on my studies. I hit peak stress.
 
 
That's how I got gastritis

Because I was so stressed, I was busy looking for spicy and stimulating food after school.
I relieved my stress by eating.

At first, I didn't even know it was gastritis.
At some point, after eating lunch, I started feeling sick.

After eating, I threw up all the food.

Ah.. I thought I would throw up again if I ate food.

I couldn't even tell the teacher that I had to go to the bathroom.
I ran to the bathroom and threw up. It was really painful.
Thanks to that, I was able to get into a relationship with boys in high school.

I went to school and was even teased about it.

At first, I thought it was just because I was having trouble digesting food.
The symptoms got worse and the stomach acid came up several times a day even though I didn't eat.
I felt the severity and visited the internal medicine department.
 
 
They said I needed to have an endoscopy.
This is my first time hearing about an endoscopy and it was my first time having one.
I chose sleep endoscopy because I heard it would be difficult to just do it.

I cried, vomited, and drooled the whole time I was receiving it.
It was really painful

I felt a little better after taking medicine, so I was able to live.

I thought I was cured and completely cured

It's really hard for people to change habits once they've gotten into it.
It was especially difficult for impulsive people like me.
Even though I knew everything, it was difficult to put it into practice.
I will share with you how I have managed and treated it since then.
(I will write about the method I use in my current life)

My work finish time is 10pm.

After work, I felt liberated and ate a late-night snack (spicy, floury, and high-sugar food).

Whether I eat a little or a lot, I still feel sick and have stomach acid.
I'm really scared that I might develop stomach cancer later on, so I've improved my eating habits.

To avoid late-night snacking, supplement your nutrition in between meals.
Late-night snacks are a real problem for gastritis.
 
Don't fast for too long Plan your meal times well Eat regularly It's important to do
 
Are there any people who lie down right after eating?
Absolutely, absolutely do not do that!!!!
 
Lying down after eating can lead to various gastrointestinal diseases, including gastritis and reflux esophagitis.
at least You should lie down two hours after eating.

The gastritis I got after becoming an adult was usually Alcohol is a big cause It was
I tend to stop drinking because my stomach feels upset when I drink.
Before I got gastritis, my stomach was fine, so I ate everything they gave me.

I felt so strongly that I had to quit drinking.

It's really difficult, especially for those who like to drink (that's me ㅠㅠ)
Anyway, I'm trying to force myself not to drink alcohol.
In a really important place or a gathering with friends that you meet occasionally, I'm abstaining from drinking
I used to drink every day, but now I hardly ever drink at all.
If I ever find myself in a situation where I need to drink, I take my car with me.
Whenever I think about driving home, I force myself not to drink.

Did you know that caffeine is bad for gastritis?
In the past, I really liked coffee and drank it every day, but now I only drink coffee once in a while.
I quit drinking coffee, and recently I became addicted to Hot Six, so I bought a lot of Hot Six and drank it.
Now I've completely stopped drinking Hot Six
I was really addicted and it was hard to quit, but whenever I thought of caffeine, I drank a lot of water.
I even put D-Day on my phone app
When I set a D-Day like this and check how much I quit, I feel more motivated.
surely I feel better because I cut down on caffeine.
 
 
Also, of course, spicy food is a huge burden on the stomach, right?
I'm definitely on a diet these days I reduced my intake of flour and spicy, salty foods.
I feel comfortable and my stomach doesn't hurt.

It's only natural to go to the hospital when you're sick.
However, in cases like chronic gastritis, there are cases where there are no symptoms. Treatment and checkups It is important to receive
Don't be complacent just because you don't have any symptoms. Go to the hospital, get tested, and be sure to receive appropriate treatment.
(I usually didn't want to go to the hospital, so I just left it alone, but I realized too late that doing so was to my detriment.)
Don't let it get any worse drug treatment Please do it!!
 
 
If you have any symptoms of gastritis,
When you eat regular food, check yourself to see if you are overeating or binge eating.
No binge eating or overeating!!

      수면내시경.. 말그대로 수면내시경인데 왜 저는 마취가 안들까요?
      눈 뜨고 내시경 했네요 침콧물 눈물 다 흘리면서요..
      와 정말 두번다시 하고싶지 않아요 
      지금은 많이 괜찮아졌어요 정말 술 안먹고 운동 다시 시작하고 
      스트레스 최대한 안받으려고 노력하니까 
      몸이 천천히 돌아와주고 있네요 
      뿌듯합니다 이제 살만 빼면 더할나위없이 좋을것같아요

      저희 직원도 내시경 할때 저는 1번인데 , ㅋㅋ 2번했다고 하네요

      저는 워낙 마취가 잘 안드나봐요 
      마취 해도 금방 풀리고 그렇네요 
      마취가 안드는 체질이 따로있는건지 내시경은 무섭네요 
      좀 적게 먹고 그래야죠 
      그래도 요새 밀가루 당분 높은거 짠거 줄였다고 몸이 가벼워지네요
      금방 감량해서 인증도 얼른 할게요 ^^^ㅋㅋ

    저도 젊은시절에 업무로 그런적이 많았어서

    맵고 짜고 달고 신음식도 좋지않지만

    저도 늘 위염은 달고 사는지라...
    위내시경은 늘 쌩으로 하고 있네요.. 전 수면내시경이 더 안좋다고 들어서요.
    어쩔수 없이 대장내시경할 때 위내시경도 같이하느라 수면내시경 했지만요 ㅎㅎ...
    위경련으로 회사에서 병원으로 실려도 가보고, 위축성 위염도 있어보고,
    헬리코박터균도 나와서 치료도 하고... 그래서 늘 위는 내시경이라도 하며 상태만 보내요.
    술도 잘 안마시는 편이지만, 워낙 스트레스를 잘 받는 편이라 그런지 ..
    그리고 커피를 끊을 수가 없어서 말이에요 ㅎㅎ
    고생많이 하셨네요 그래도 의지로 열심히 치유하고 계시니 다행이에요!
