Nexpa Jeong, the prescribed medication always taken due to reflux esophagitis

I couldn't sleep because of Rangoon's snoring;;;

I always stay in the living room until after dawn, and I only go to bed when it quiets down after 2 a.m., but everyone is asleep then, and I'm alone... so I keep snacking during that time;;;

 

I don't have late-night snacks involving food or alcohol..

Since I keep snacking on treats like cookies or ice cream, even just a little, I think this is causing recurrent acid reflux.

Even though I know, I don't fix it well and eat carelessly;;;

I really need to make an effort to genuinely stop before it gets worse!

 

I ran out of medicine last week..

I haven't been able to go to the hospital because I've been busy... and just then, I happened to have a terrible stomach ache for several days, so I endured it by drinking warm water and passing the time.

And then I quickly went to get medical treatment and a prescription.

 

 

The medication I take for acid reflux is Nexpa Jeong.
