Health concern) I feel bloated when I eat a lot.
I am 173cm tall, weigh 53kg, and am male. When I am not feeling well, I drop to 52kg, and if I have stomach or intestinal problems, I can go down to 50kg. Then, after some time, I return to 53kg.
There are times when I eat more than usual in social situations. Usually, I eat about half a bowl of rice, and when I order lunch at work or go to a restaurant, I always leave some even if I order a single serving.
It may not seem like a lot to others (sometimes I eat a whole bowl of rice when I'm very hungry), but I tend to overeat by my standards. When that happens, I feel very bloated. It might seem natural to feel bloated because I ate a lot, but this feeling tends to last quite a while.
When I feel bloated, I hardly eat anything and only drink coffee, so whenever I get a check-up, my stomach or intestines are always not in good condition. I need to change my eating habits, but I can't seem to do it well. What should I do~?
