After health check-up

I received the national health screening conducted every two years two weeks ago, and today the results came out. However, the results suggest a suspicion of liver disease. AST and gamma-GTP levels are above the normal range. Should I go back to the hospital for a detailed examination? If so, which department should I visit and how should I proceed with the consultation? Hmm... I'm feeling uncertain about what to do.
