[Concern] Gastric mucosal metaplasia due to gastritis

Every two years, when I undergo a gastroscopy, I am diagnosed with simple gastritis.

However, after the endoscopy last year, it was noted that the gastritis was severe and there were signs of intestinal metaplasia, making the stomach look almost like that of someone in their 70s or 80s, showing signs of aging.

So, I also had a Helicobacter pylori test and received eradication treatment.

However, after hearing the diagnosis of intestinal metaplasia, I became worried and scheduled a gastroscopy examination again this year.

Is intestinal metaplasia difficult to improve?

I'm now in my 40s and worried about my stomach health, so I'm controlling my diet more than usual.

I'm worried and concerned about how I can maintain my upper body health.

I want to know ways to improve my health.
