(Helpful Tip) Overcoming severe obesity and high liver enzyme levels to normal!!
Hello. My spouse and I both happen to have high liver enzyme levels.
Looking back now, I realize I have lived with really unhealthy habits, but people are truly amazing.
Only when I am truly sick do I reflect on my life so far and reconsider my health.
Actually, in my 20s, my liver function was good, but among us, my health was more of an issue due to my severe obesity. Although it’s not solely because of that, after meeting my husband, dating, and getting married, we enjoyed these times, but as I entered my 30s, I repeatedly ate late-night meals and binge-eating snacks, which led to sudden weight gain and an increase in liver enzymes. I do not smoke or drink alcohol.
Unexplained fatigue, feeling tired even after resting, feeling tired after waking up, a continuous state of exhaustion and lethargy, and gradually gaining weight.
The body's rhythm has started to break down due to poor eating habits and behaviors.
During our health checkup, both my spouse and I were diagnosed with high liver enzyme levels, and we also underwent a second examination.
They say this is all due to fatty liver caused by being overweight. It seems that because my spouse and I live together, our eating habits and patterns have led both of us to have abdominal circumferences exceeding the normal range. Due to lack of exercise and increased cholesterol, my blood test results, including levels similar to diabetes, all came out poorly.
From that day on, my spouse and I started to reduce our meal portions and make light dietary adjustments. Especially, I have very weak physical strength, and moving around with extreme obesity was not easy for my body. I was about 102 kg at that time.
We woke up early in the morning, both of us crying and reluctantly, panting as we climbed the back mountain of the house and descended as if showering in sweat, and continued this for more than three months.
So, from that time, changes began to occur. My protruding belly went in, I lost weight, and most of all, my appetite significantly decreased.
If I were alone, I probably couldn't have done it, but doing it together gave me motivation and made me a watcher, and doing it together really made it happen. By the time six months had passed since then, my lowest weight had dropped to 60kg~ You can't just take health management lightly; you have to do it with all your might, and that's how it works.
However, these days, I let my guard down and my weight is increasing again, but my liver function tests are not high^^
Although fatty liver cannot be completely eliminated, it can be slightly improved through weight management and dietary control similar to average body weight, and I noticed the levels gradually decrease during tests.
I don't know how happy I was.
Currently, liver enzyme levels are normal~

A bloated abdomen becoming slim...^^
It's the same pants, but the fit is so differentㅜㅜ
Taking care of health alone that I couldn't do
I was able to do it because I have a groom.
Today, I walked ten thousand steps early in the morning again.
I usually have a simple meal on weekdays with 2 to 3 eggs.
For those struggling with health issues caused by being overweight, feeling stressed and overwhelmed, I recommend starting with small dietary changes if weight management is truly necessary. I was also extremely obese and severely overweight.
I have a big appetite and love to eat, but I want to live healthily, so I try my best. If you sincerely make an effort, you can do it, so I encourage you to give it a try.
Thank you for reading my health recovery story.
