Question: Gallstones and gallbladder adenomyomatosis

At the beginning of this year, I had a CT scan due to absence, and gallstones were initially detected.

There are no particular symptoms at the moment, so we are currently just monitoring the situation.

And the following month, I had a health checkup, and it was suspected to be gallbladder adenomyomatosis.

A follow-up examination was recommended after six months.

Gallstones were confirmed through CT, and gallbladder adenomyomatosis was probably identified via ultrasound.

Is it not possible to detect gallstones with ultrasound? I am curious because there is no information about that.

And both gallstones and gallbladder adenomyomatosis~

If there is nothing particularly painful right now, should I just wait and see?
