먹는것도 중요하지만 운동도 중요한것같아요
(Concern) My digestion is seriously problematic.
Earlier this year, I had a CT scan because I was feeling unwell elsewhere, and they found a gallstone in my gallbladder.
And in the comprehensive health checkup conducted two months later, gallbladder stones were also found.
Anyway, I am still okay with daily life, so I haven't undergone any treatment separately.
Since I was young, I liked carbonated drinks, so I drank them quite often, especially when I felt indigestion. However, I have reduced my intake significantly over the past few years.
I often have indigestion when eating Chinese food, fried foods, or meat.
I woke up because of pain in my upper abdomen.
When I had the upper endoscopy, it showed chronic superficial gastritis.
They say I should manage myself well, so I have almost quit coffee and hardly drink alcohol.
I did reduce the flour a bit, but I didn't reduce it by much.
Is there no good way?
