Gastroesophageal reflux disease~

They say that if you have acid reflux and immediately lie down after eating, or eat late-night snacks and go straight to sleep, it happens a lot.

I do like eating, but I don't have the habit of lying down immediately after a meal, and I don't usually eat late-night snacks~

About 6 to 7 years ago, during an endoscopy when I had no symptoms of esophagitis, I was told there was some evidence of esophagitis.

They said it might be because of severe morning sickness that marks could have formed.

But since the start of the COVID era, eating at the company became a bit difficult, so I skipped lunch and left work around 3 o'clock to eat.

Then, about three months later, I felt like I had indigestion, so I took digestive medicine and tried both traditional and Western medicine, but the feeling of indigestion didn't go away, and I also had back pain. ㅠ

It's worse to drink plum juice or eat things like kiwi ㅠ

So I had an urgent upper endoscopy and was diagnosed with reflux esophagitis and gastritis, but they said it's not serious enough to require medication, so I didn't receive a prescription.

Just a little higher from that, eating heavy foods makes me feel very exhausted~

There are so many delicious foods in the world, but it's really hard to just eat porridge or soybean paste soup ㅠ

The hardest thing is quitting coffee, it's really tough ㅠ

Is the only solution to acid reflux disease controlling your diet?

    기본적으로 위가 약한 사람들이 있더라구요 ㅠㅠ
    위는 음식과 가장 근접해있는 부위라 아무래도 식단조절이 제일 중요할거 같아요
