If you have intestinal metaplasia or hyperlipidemia...
This is something I happened to learn from watching TV. A man in his 70s diagnosed with Barrett's esophagus was said to have become healthier thanks to his wife's heartfelt snacks.
After meals, I tried adding a small spoon of garlic to olive oil and cutting one to one and a half tomatoes to stir-fry as a snack. After consistently doing this for three years and undergoing an endoscopy, I was told that intestinal epithelial dysplasia had disappeared and only mild gastritis remained. Hearing this, I also practiced it for over a year. Since I work, I packed my lunch in a tumbler and ate it. It was a bit cumbersome to carry a lunchbox, but my health improved significantly. I would like to recommend this to those with hyperlipidemia or gastrointestinal issues. Maintaining and protecting health seems to start with consistent effort.
