저도 치실이랑 치간칫솔 잘 해서 그런지, 치과가면 치석이 별로 없다고 늘 이야기 하더라구요. 그래서 저는 연1회는 아니고, 2년에 한번정도 가긴해요^^
Before COVID-19, I had a scaling done once a year.
However, I have never had a scaling procedure since COVID-19.
Under the current atmosphere of the COVID-19 pandemic, just going to the hospital and opening my mouth felt very burdensome.
At first, I felt really uncomfortable, but after a few years, I find it convenient and not very inconvenient at all.
I usually use Listerine after brushing my teeth, and although not every day, I also use interdental brushes.
I'm wondering if scaling is really necessary since my lifestyle habits are already well established.
Of course, depending on how it's done, there can be differences in how much management is involved, but I wonder if it's really necessary to do it as obligatorily as a health checkup.
