Everyone goes to the dentist a lot, right?!

 

I have had very weak teeth since I was a child ㅠㅠ

According to my mom, she didn't give me much snacks.

I heard that all my front teeth decayed and I ate them all up ㅠㅠ

 

Born with weak teeth.

I have been consistently attending elementary, middle, and high school dental clinics ㅠㅠ

 

 

They said it would be good to get my front teeth corrected at the dentist when I was in middle school ㅠㅠ

At that time, my teeth were generally protruding without any teeth that were either sticking out or receding.

It's evenly aligned, so I said, "What correction is this?" and didn't make any adjustments!

 

But... I should have done it back thenㅠㅠ

The reason why it needed orthodontic treatment despite being a well-chosen tooth is

There is not enough space between the teeth.

I was having trouble brushing my teeth properly ㅠㅠ

 

So, in the end, my front teeth gaps were decayed when I was in high schoolㅠ

I got a laminate done, which is trendy these days, more than 15 years ago;;;

You know that laminate involves a lot of tooth removal, right? ㅠㅠ

 

Because of incorrect treatment, I suffered a lot from tooth pain for about 2 to 3 years. ㅠㅠ

When the cold wind blows, my front teeth ache and throbㅠㅠ

When I get stressed, it immediately leads to a toothache ㅠㅠ

Back then, I was living with painkillers...ㅠㅠ

 

Since then, I have been diligently taking care of my teeth!!

It is good to brush your teeth three times a day.

Actually, I can't brush my teeth during lunch.

 

I brush my teeth carefully in the morning and evening.

 

Everyone says the Wang Toothbrush is convenient and great!

They seem to like it because brushing three or four times easily finishes the task.

I tried using it once too, but I immediately cut ties with itㅠㅠ

 

Wang toothbrushes are convenient, but I feel they don't clean thoroughly.

I like small toothbrush head products, even though they are bothersome and inconvenient!

 

That way, the toothbrush can go all the way to the innermost molars!

I can clean it thoroughly.

 

When brushing, make sure to brush your teeth from top to bottom as if sweeping downward.

Please let me know a lot!

I am doing both methods and also gently pushing it to the side haha

 

The area with a wide surface should be oriented horizontally!

Between the teeth and gums, go vertically!

 

After brushing again, use your tongue to clean the inside and outside of your teeth.

Quickly scan and check with the tip of your tongue if there are any spots that haven't been cleaned well.

If you feel plaque that hasn't been removed, brush that area again!

 

And finally, using dental floss

Please remove the debris stuck between your gums!

 

It looks really well cleaned just by looking at it!

But by inserting the dental floss inside the gums

If you gently bring it to a boil two or three times

Something is pushing up... haha, it's not a big lump though.

Anyway, something is coming up lololol

 

If left untreated, they are the main cause of periodontitis and tooth decay!

I manage it like this and visit the dentist once a year for a check-up.

I request scaling every year, but

They say I don't have to do it, so they send me back haha

 

Taking care of your teeth isn't difficult!

If you spend a little time brushing your teeth, you can save hundreds or thousands.

You can go to the terrifying dentist without trembling in fear and come out receiving praise haha
