[21st Episode - Ask] The orthodontic wire inside my tooth has fallen out...

I was doing two years out of the three years of correction before, but due to childbirth.
I have removed the prosthesis and have been doing nothing special afterward.
I get a dental check-up and scaling every year, and there are no particular issues.
I heard that a few days ago, they did something almost semi-permanent on the inside of my teeth.
The braces that look like threads are coming off.
I don't feel any discomfort, but before leaving as I used to, is it okay to leave it like this?
My dental clinic closed down, so I can't ask the dentist I used to go to.
Since there are no particular inconveniences, is it okay to just stay here...?
Should I go to a different dentist again...
