I'm wondering where in Busan would be good for my father's dental implants.

My father (69) has very bad teeth, so I'm going to get him implants, but they aren't big enough to be finished with just one.
Honestly, it's overwhelming, haha... But considering he has high blood pressure, it's not like he can just casually go to the dentist.
I think I need to do some careful research. Is there a dental clinic out there that does implants well, safely, and without overdoing it?
