5. What are the treatment methods for periodontitis?
Removing tartar through scaling is crucial for treating periodontitis. I also just got a scaling done for my periodontitis treatment. The doctor mentioned that tartar tends to accumulate easily near the lower teeth on average. Currently, my periodontitis isn't severe, but swelling is observed, so they advised me to get scaling done and make sure to practice proper brushing and flossing.
