The gap between my front teeth is annoying. I'm so self-conscious about it that I can't even smile freely.
I have an acquaintance who always points this out at least once when we go to a gathering.

저는 교정을 했었고, 교정 부작용으로 앞니 틈이 벌어져서 레진으로 시술 했어요~ 먼저 질문하신 내용 순서대로 답변 드릴게요. 생각보다 선택지가 몇 가지 있어요. 전부 바로 시술 가능하고, 대부분 큰 통증 없이 끝나는 편이에요. 교정 없이 할 수 있는 방법으로는 세 가지 정도가 있어요. 1) 레진: 앞니 사이 공간을 치아색과 비슷한 레진으로 메꿔주는 방법이에요. 시술 시간 짧고(10~30분), 치아 삭제 없이 하거나 아예 안 깎고도 가능해요. 가격도 다른 방법보다 비교적 부담이 덜합니다. 2) 라미네이트: 치아 앞면을 살짝 다듬고, 그 위에 얇은 세라믹을 붙여서 형태를 바꾸는 방법이에요. 자연스럽고 심미성이 좋지만, 치아를 어느 정도 갈아야 한다는 점에서 조금은 위험할 수도 있겠죠. 3) 본딩: 제가 레진이랑 본딩 중에 고민했었는데요. 틈이 아주 크진 않지만, 대칭 맞추기 어려운 경우에는 치아 모양을 조금씩 다듬은 다음에 레진으로 떼우는 방식이에요. 원하신 조건이 치아 삭제 최소화하면서 자연스럽고 오래 유지되는 거라면 레진을 추천드려요! 일단 치아 사이 간격이 벌어졌다면 라미네이트는 딱히 추천드리고 싶지 않아요. 치열이 보기 싫은 경우도 아니거니와, 토끼 치아일 경우 종종 하는게 라미네이트인데, 이 간격이 벌어진 케이스에 라미네이트를 하는 경우에는 치아 삭제를 할 때 이미 틈이 벌어진 치아에 손상이 갈 수도 있어요. 레진은 치아를 거의 ~ 전혀 깎지 않고 색상과 광택도 조절이 가능해서 자연스럽고 치아에 큰 무리가 가지 않아요. 또 바로 일상생활도 가능하고 가격 부담도 적구요. 물론 단점이 있을 수도 있어요. 시간이 지나면서 레진 부위도 착색 될 가능성이 있는데 어차피 틈을 메꾸기 위해 아주 작은 부위에 레진이 사용되는 것이기 때문에 크게 티가 나진 않을 거예요. 저는 이에 틈이 있는 것이 미용상 목적도 있었지만, 그 틈 사이로 치석이 많이 쌓여서 치아건강을 위해서라도 레진 시술을 했거든요. 시술 결과 매우 만족하고 있어요. 그 뒤로 틈이 보이지도 않고, 치석도 덜 쌓이게 됐거든요. 교정 없이도 앞니 틈은 충분히 해결 가능하니, 치과에서 상담하실 때 제 답변 참고하시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 마지막으로 제가 레진으로 이 틈을 메꾼 후기를 작성했었는데 이 글도 한번 봐보세요. https://cashdoc.me/community/dentist/116827033
