Every year, from the end of June to August or September

You can live up to that point.. even beyond that.

You can buy it, but it's the end of the season and more expensive.

It's better to do it as much as possible within July and August.

 

When we do it, the woman weighs 20kg to 30kg.

I do it every year, sob sob.

Actually, it's easy to say to do it this way, but

Cut into a round shape like the first picture.

Please remove all the seeds inside.

I posted the second picture for your reference.

Do not overlap the yellow zucchini inside the dryer fan's inner plate.

Spread it out well and dry it at about 70 degrees for approximately 7 hours.

Wipe off the water that forms on the lid frequently.

Check the dryer location frequently within 2 to 4 hours

I'm telling you to change it and stop.

This photo was taken about 1 hour and 30 minutes in the dryer.

It's a dried photo... still 4 to 5 hours.

You need to dry it more.

It takes about two days to complete 10kg of raw soybeans.

It takes a while.. because the saved data isn't being stored properly.

Fresh fish that couldn't be put into the food dehydrator

 

Spread it out neatly on the tray and place it on one side with the air conditioner.

Make sure to dry it well with a fan so it doesn't get moldy. Then, remove the dried bitter melon and set it aside.

Leave the raw yams as they are, using the same method.

Once it dries, it's over^^~~

 

Living well is very good for diabetes.

Since it has poor storage stability, how to eat it dried

It's the best, but drying it at home is difficult.

It's so hard, everyone is buying the medicine that Yeoju recommended.

After drying using the method above

Take it to the mill and mix it together.

If you stir-fry it once, you can taste a richer, nuttier water flavor^;^
