Hello. My LDL level was over 160 in this health check-up.
Last time, it was in the 140s, but the hospital said I wasn't at the level to receive medication prescriptions yet. So I have been diligently managing my diet and exercising, and my TG level has dropped to the 40s, but I don't understand why my LDL is increasing.
My good cholesterol, HDL, has also increased to the 90s. I understand that LDL has a significant impact on vascular health, but why does it decrease? Should I take omega-3? Please recommend an easy-to-take and reasonably priced omega-3 supplement.
