Health tips: Treating diabetes with running

My friend ran about 3 kilometers 3-4 times a week for a month and lost about 7-8 kilograms. I didn't think that exercise alone would have a significant effect without dieting, but after running, they naturally ate less, so their weight dropped quite a bit.

The important thing is that my usual diabetes levels have significantly decreased, and my blood pressure is almost at normal levels. Additionally, in my opinion, my skin also looks more radiant. I was surprised myself; I didn't realize running could have such an effect.
