I want to share a helpful tip that helped me lose weight and control my high blood pressure at the same time!

 

To tell my story, I have only one experience of dieting!

I signed up for a gym before getting married and tried running on the treadmill.

I also tried the equipment and did three sessions of GX at each time slot.

 

However, it didn't really help much with weight loss...ㅠㅠ

 

 

Right after getting married, a beautiful baby arrived, and during early pregnancy, my weight was 80.3 kg.

At the hospital, because of the high weight, only up to +8kg can be gained during pregnancy.

They said that it shouldn't be overcooked and needs to be managed...ㅠㅠ

 

Every time I go, my blood pressure is over 140... I've even had it go over 150ㅠㅠ

The doctor in charge was worried that my blood pressure was also high.

 

Then, I happened to see an avocado at the supermarket.

I used to enjoy the avocado drink that I had as a seasonal menu at Starbucks.

That memory came back, and I bought an avocado that I had never bought or tasted before.

 

Avocado just tastes a bit slimy and not very good when eaten plain.

So I blended avocado, banana, and milk in a blender and ate it.

It really becomes a savory and sweet taste.

From early pregnancy to full-term delivery, not even gaining 1kg

Actually, I lost weight, and my weight at the time of delivery was 78.6 kg.

Every time I go to the hospital, they praise me for managing everything so well.

Currently, I weigh 69.1 kg and do not follow any specific diet management; I eat whatever foods I want.

Eat whatever you want, like bread, chicken, pizza, pork cutlet, sweet and sour pork, jjajangmyeon, and so on.

Oh, I also drink alcohol occasionally..^^... haha

I often check my blood pressure because I'm worried about it, but it doesn't come out higher than 117/71.

 

I eat avocado and banana smoothies 3 to 4 times a week.

I usually have a simple meal replacement in the morning.

The groom doesn't eat breakfast, but he eats avocado smoothies well when I blend them for him.

Actually, you could also change it together, but I like the pretty light green color of the avocado, so I just chew and eat the blueberries.

 

Our baby also loves avocados very much haha. She keeps asking for avocado, avocado haha.

I used to give avocado during baby food times as well. Now, I blend it and eat it together!
