I want to share a helpful tip that helped me lose weight and control my high blood pressure at the same time!
To tell my story, I have only one experience of dieting!
I signed up for a gym before getting married and tried running on the treadmill.
I also tried the equipment and did three sessions of GX at each time slot.
However, it didn't really help much with weight loss...ㅠㅠ
Right after getting married, a beautiful baby arrived, and during early pregnancy, my weight was 80.3 kg.
At the hospital, because of the high weight, only up to +8kg can be gained during pregnancy.

That memory came back, and I bought an avocado that I had never bought or tasted before.

So I blended avocado, banana, and milk in a blender and ate it.

Ingredients: 1 avocado, 2 bananas, 400ml milk, nuts, blueberries (I like all nuts and blueberries.. lol)
Cut a ripe avocado in half with a knife.
Middle seed is neatly removed by stabbing it with a knife and twisting it out.
*Avocado is a ripening fruit, so when it ripens, the skin turns black and it feels soft to the touch. That means it's well ripened^^
Put two ripe bananas into the blender.
Add one avocado scooped out with a spoon.
I don't add many nuts either. 6 walnuts, 16 almonds.
When I put 400ml of milk, it exactly comes out to 700ml in our blender's capacity.
You need to add this much for a smooth smoothie^^
