Undergoing a health check-up every two years always keeps my blood sugar stable.
I will sincerely continue to walk a thousand steps daily to strengthen weight management and physical fitness through exercise for blood sugar control..ㅎ
Additionally, I am carefully paying attention to eating a diet focused on proteins and vitamins.
Anyway, I believe that quality meals and exercise are the most important and fundamental for not only blood sugar management but also overall health.
