I live with genes for diabetes and hyperlipidemia inherited from my parents.

I am still on the borderline until recently, so I am cautious in everything.

My management method involves resolving insulin sensitivity through 14 hours of intermittent fasting daily, and I walk, run, and do strength training for two hours every morning.
