I'm curious about preventing and managing high blood pressure~
Recently, my blood pressure has been high, and I am worried.
There is someone in my family with high blood pressure, so I think it might be hereditary. Although I don't have full-blown hypertension, I believe I am in the warning stage, so I plan to start managing my blood pressure from now on. Currently, my blood pressure fluctuates between 120 and 140. Should I continue taking supplements related to hypertension in this state? Or would it be better to maintain normal blood pressure through consistent exercise and dietary control alone? I am still taking omega-3 regularly, but I don't see any particular improvement. My blood pressure levels are not decreasing. If you have any recommended supplements, please let me know.
Additionally, if the condition worsens in the future to the point where medication for blood pressure is necessary, I understand that it should be taken daily. However, if I maintain consistent health management and improve, is it possible to stop taking the blood pressure medication?
I'm also curious about how you are managing if there is a family member with hypertension.
Do you prepare meal preparations separately from regular meals?
Your current exercise, choosing menus when dining out with family, etc.
