I used to have a borderline diabetic body type, but here are some helpful tips for managing it.

It's been nearly four years since I was diagnosed with borderline diabetes, and everything related to it is borderline.

In other words, diabetes, hypertension, and metabolic syndrome all appear at borderline levels.

So, I started with aerobic exercise.

So I adjusted my weight significantly, but I didn't fall below the threshold.

Then I started doing strength training alongside, and it definitely shows results.

People like me should not only do aerobic exercise but also incorporate strength training.

Then I feel healthy as I notice the numbers drop significantly.

(In my case, please try adjusting it as you go along.)

    저는 당뇨는 없지만 변비가 엄청 심했는데.. 유산소를 매일해도 그냥 그렇더니만 근력을 한번씩 병행하니 효과있드라구요~ㅋ 근력운동도 유산소만큼 중요한것같아요!
