Question) Thyroid cancer

I would like to ask the members for their opinion.

 

On June 2nd, during a thyroid ultrasound examination, I found 9 nodules and was referred to a university hospital.

Medical consultation on June 30th

And I have an appointment for a thyroid ultrasound and biopsy on October 12th.

The uncomfortable sensation in my throat that I have been feeling for a while

It's uncomfortable when swallowing and I feel a sore, swollen sensation in my throat.

Honestly, with these symptoms, I am a bit worried about the consultation on October 12th.

What I am curious about is

In the past, it was commonly said that when someone had cancer, they would lose weight.

In my case

It's before the biopsy, and there are symptoms of throat discomfort.

There has been no change in weight.

 

Then, it probably isn't cancer, right?

 

Honestly, it's not cancer that I'm worried about.

When I get hospitalized, I worry mainly because of the Oma-ni issue.

I'm getting anxious. My mother can't live alone.
