오메가3 섭취는 오히려 LDL 콜레스테롤을 오히려 약간 상승시킬수 있어서 섭취 하지 않는것이 좋아요. 특히 고용량의 오메가3(특히 EPA + DHA 조합) 을 복용할 경우 두드러진다고 하네요. 오메가3 복용보다는 식단 운동이 우선인것 같아요

I had a blood test and my LDL cholesterol level was high. I was told it was borderline high and I might need to take medication for high cholesterol, which is concerning. My triglyceride and HDL levels are normal, but I'm thinking about improving my diet first. I'm also wondering if omega-3 supplements can help lower LDL cholesterol.
