As I get older, I'm increasingly concerned about my physical condition, which isn't what it used to be. Lately, I've been feeling a bit heavy when I wake up in the morning, and I've started to feel some pain in my knees and lower back. My vision is also getting blurry, and I'm starting to feel that my overall bodily functions aren't what they used to be.
So now I'm trying to start taking better care of my health. People around me are recommending everything from taking nutritional supplements to manual therapy and simple procedures.
