Question) Knee protection for walking exercises and stair climbing
Hello. These days, I am consistently doing walking exercises and stair climbing exercises after meals every day.
Of course, I don't overexert myself. I walk about ten thousand steps a day, and I don't walk quickly either. I also climb stairs; after meals, I climb about 20 floors to prevent blood sugar spikes.
Since I am getting older, I am worried about my knees. Although I don't have any particular discomfort, I think it would be good to wear a knee brace for protection. I'm curious if you all wear knee braces while exercising.
I have a brace at home, and I feel it might be uncomfortable, and I'm also worried about whether the blood circulation is good.
Still, it would be better to wear them if you want to continue walking exercises and stair climbing in the future, right?
