I couldn't sleep for 7 hours a day over 6 days (worry) (concern)
I usually try to sleep for 7 hours, but from last Friday until today, I slept a maximum of 6 hours and 30 minutes, and normally I sleep about 4.5 to 5.5 hours. Moreover, I didn't sleep at all today.
Last week, I think I couldn't sleep because it was too hot. However, yesterday, it wasn't hot, and I felt sleepy around 12:30 a.m., so I turned off my phone and closed my eyes. But only my eyes felt tired, and I couldn't fall asleep. I stayed up all night like that, and now I'm very tired. ㅜㅠ
It's strange because I didn't feel hot yesterday, so I can't understand why I couldn't sleep, and I don't think the heat was the cause. So, I looked into my recent lifestyle patterns.
Wake up at 8:00 - Morning walk in the park for 40 to 60 minutes - Breakfast and lunch at 10:00 - Dinner: start at 4:30 or 5:30 - Go for a park walk at 7:00 and walk until about 7:40 - Around 8:00, 20 minutes of Tangkku Couple walking 2 km, home training, and another home workout - 30 minutes of hula hoop (exercise ends around 9:00, just past that) - Shower - Lie down in bed between 11:30 and 12:00
I'm currently on a diet and following this routine. So, I was wondering if exercising until 9 PM keeps my body awake, and that's why? Would exercising earlier than 9 o'clock help me fall asleep better?
