It only needs to be in keep-warm mode in the rice cooker for exactly 6 hours.
In 6 hours, it will change like soft, fluffy soft tofu.
If you put it in a cloth and remove the whey after 12 hours, ricotta cheese is completed.
I like the moist feeling, so I took it out after about 12 hours.
For those who prefer a thicker texture, about 14 hours is fine.
